    They all come wih a spare head, case and key. Yours is probably a notch above the starting darbouka, thats why it was 130$. The cheapest ones I've seen start from 60-70$ at local music store.

  • @sk8nska depends on where you buy it. I got mine from Sam Ash and it cost me bout roughly $129.99 plus tax since mine came with a case, a spare drum head and a key.
