What was once an expensive emergency device to make smoke now finds its way into the pyrotechnic market for entertainment. Once these products hit an expiration date they are pulled from boats and sea going vessels. They still function and can be purchased for entertainment. But remember not to use these on a body of water because even if they are expired it will still signal an emergency response.
This item is made by Pains Wessex weights 476 grams (16.75 oz) and burns smoke for over 3 minutes.

The advertisement of something you've never used before was a good lol too.
