  • I think he is a big fan of cider vinegar. All of his recipes are great however I usually use about a fourth of the vinegar he does and have not had problems with the vinegar overwhelming the other flavors.. Keep it up Pit Boys we love it...

  • you're right, jtucker310. luv that cider vinegar! As you point out you can use a bit less in some recipes, and is a matter of personal choice. But if you are after a mouth watering, lip smackin' tartness in your barbecue then pass me some of that good ol' cider vinegar! -BBQ Pit Boys
