This slideshow was screened during the Class XVI graduation ceremony at the AmeriCorps NCCC Southwest Region Campus in Denver (7/27/10). It provides a window into the crazy and moving experiences - and incredible accomplishments - of the young adults who participate in the program each year. For those who are unfamiliar with the program, it begins with a month of Team Leader Training followed by the month-long Corps Member Training Institute (CTI), then nine months of service in the field. Members work on teams of about 10-12 and complete four or five different projects in different places throughout a multi-state region.
