Watching this I just want to yell at her, run, run, just say EFF this nonsense and run away!!!! even before burning the house, no need to burn it just walk OUT from there! but then realizing that she's in a mental place where she can't just do that, and realizing that's the true sadness of all of it... it makes me grateful to have been raised more or less egalitarian, in the "modern" world of my age (b. 1970).

Everyone who thinks that "feminism has ruined the world" should watch this video. This is the situation ALL women were in 300 years ago -- no agency, no education, no power. Violence and despair are inevitable when you have such a power imbalance.
