READ ME FIRST: In the spirit of the MacWorld Conference, I returned to my offsite storage facility, E-59, with an obsessive agenda of finding the first issue of MacWorld Magazine, used to introduce the original Mac 128K system.

Extra footage shows my "First Boot" of the Macintosh IIci, dated March, 1991 at a cost of $8,000.

Please. No comments on the haircut, Z-Cavaricci pants, or the wife-beater T-shirt. LOL!

  • I've got some old MacWorld convention videos somewhere in my archive. Perhaps I will post them here if I'm able to dig them out... Is there any interest in them?

  • Macintosh. The power, to look your worst.

    ROFL.

  • Did anyone notice on the Microcomputing magazine how it said "Soup up your Kaypro"? We're really going back to the eighties.

  • 2:28 to 2:33 lol at the Mac plus

  • 25 years later.

  • Made my night

  • whos filimng the llci

  • Very cool. I actually picked up a beautiful 128k from the side of the road the other day. Still boots too. Leave it to Apple to make products that still work 24 years later.

  • Love the videos...been going through every single Mac related one! My family got our first Macintosh IIci when I was 2 years old (1989) and played many games of Doom on that thing.

By the way, $8000 in 1991 is worth about $13,000 today, just in case anyone is reading this. :P

  • They had video in 1991? Awesome!

  • LOL. Great video! I love you blast from the past video. The days before you needed 'Just For Men' hair die.... :)
