  • @Vemfire i do 7/8 sets with up to 12 till 15 reps. and i am a bulking type. i do not use leight weights. i do only think 2 sets of 12 reps is too few for you. even when you have havier weights. i would say that you need to do 2 tricep exercise. each 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps. if you realy want to bulk you can always make the weight more havy and go to 8 till 12 reps per set. (thats what i do). by the way, eating is more important with bulking than exercising. (40% training,60% eating) ;)

  • @MariosBody i didn't say u do 2 sets, stupid! do whatever u want and i don't care. if that works for u, fine. i don't give a damn. i have my own way like the guy in this video. whatever works for you, stick with it. i think ur an athletic type, not the bulky type that's why u do lots of sets with light weight. try to increase the weight and do 7-8 sets with 12 reps. see if u can take it. :-)

  • @Vemfire again stupid! who says i do 2 sets? i do like 7/8 set per muscle group!! you can do 2 sets, but that doesnt work! if you want to mass build, increase the weights, lower the value of reps, but keep it at 7/8 set per muscle group. you also need to eat a lot, to gain bodyweight. (lots of protein). but again, if you want to do 2 sets, my fine. but youll not get big fast.
