  • I own a double album by ZZ Hill, vinyl, can't wait to get a turntable and amp back loud and singin

  • thank you foe the email we are brothers now

  • man this is the best thank you for this i have been looking for this for 10 years i play it each day

  • What a voice, what a record. I found a copy of the 45 in a local grocery store for 50 pence, back in 1975.

It still moves me, pure class.

  • I just saw the legend who wrote this song, Allen Toussaint didnt even perform this...i sure wish he had...I never realize this too was one of his writings. But this version really showcases the Louisiana-Cajun sound of Toussaint. I only knew of Chaka Khan/Rufus version til now (1973).

  • from 2:07-2:19 !!

  • this is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Check the bass line. Turn the subwoofer down to really enjoy this track. WICKED

  • MAGNIFICENT.

  • Thanks so much for posting this. Used to hear ZZ on WYLD & WBOK in New Orleans when I lived there. Yep, music like this is no longer made.
