CA Gold Trip 2011 -- Sat 24 Sep -- Susie & Judy Crevicing on NF Yuba River

My sisters Susie & Judy are crevicing & panning for gold in bedrock just above the river -- they found some nice fine gold!

Thanks for looking....I have LOTs mote videos here in California and in Colorado & in Georgia to look at ... Normally we're going for natural placer gold in the bedrock cracks, crevices and holding points. We often find lead fishing sinkers, old nails, iron, etc. The heavy stuff that collects in the creek/river beds acts the same, colects in the same places. We often clean the stream of mercury on gold too. The gold is usually picker sized chunks, flakes & fines. Randy C-17A

Ha! Yep, completely understand. :) When we stayed at the Washington Hotel, in Washington, CA, they were the center of a lot of attention from the regulars...chit chat, drinks, Q & A, loads of flirting & many compliments.
