I did a little investigating, and I have found that about 8 videos keep showing up in the Recently Voted section of the contest site in a constant cycle. They always appear in this cycle in the EXACT same order, and each of these videos gains 1 vote every time they go through this loop. So, I believe there is a rather important glitch in the system that needs immediate attention. And since these videos currently hold the most votes in the contest, there goes the majority of the top 10 videos.
