With the new u can go down to 26 if u feel like at 29 u aren't losing weight but not lower than 26. U can fluctuate around with 3 points.

@rkabernathy1 As far as you go, I have no idea how many points you'd receive. The bare minimum daily Weight Watchers points are 29. You're not supposed to go under that.

@rkabernathy1 Fruits and veggies are 0 points raw (this goes up if you cook them or cut fruit), bread is 2 pts per slice unless it's low cal, then it's 1 per slice. Turkey would be 2 pts per slice. The Sobe water is tricky,but it's super healthy so I wouldn't say more than 4 pts (I would guess closer to 1 or 2). In theory this could be a 6-10 point lunch, we don't know what's in that sandwich.

Just curious! This doesn't look like low carb to me. Apples and carrots have alot of carbs along with the bread. Am I wrong?

@mattandmarsha Duh......this is strictly weight watchers points plus...otherwise there would be no fruit or bread whatsoever and no sobe life water which has 6 carbs alone. As it states in the title "weight watchers points plus filling lunch" not "Atkins low carb lunch"
