All four mini pizzas combined have:
400 calories
2g fat
57g carbs (12g dietary fiber)
41g protein

You will need:
2 whole wheat sandwich rounds
1/2 cup of fat-free shredded cheese (or low-fat)
4 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tsp. stevia
Oregano
Basil
*Chicken
*Mushrooms
*Any toppings of your choice

  • So I just finished making & eating these for myself. I gotta say it Mike, anyone who continues to doubt you or your recipes doesn't understand to follow along or add their own preference to it like you've said so many times. The only difference I did was add a bit more cheese onto mine & bought cut up mushrooms. It taste just like a thin crust and by just only drinking water with it, I'm pretty much full for the day. Keep up the good work Mike and thumbs up :)

  • I had a craving for pizza so I made these, but only one serving, not two. I didn't have any chicken made up, so I just made a cheese pizza version, and it was excellent! The oregano and basil really help and fixed my pizza craving no problem. Thanks for the recipe!
