the grand cherokee working out 0-80mph everything stock besides cold air intake, and perf. chip.....
it actually needs an oil change. the 0-60 is around 2:10 sec..

Nice Jeep there buddy. However, I don't think you'll be getting anywhere near a 7.2 with just a chip and CAI. The V6 isn't a bad motor and isn't that slow from the factory but with both parts, you'll be lucky to get 30 more hp (you can never go by what they claim). I have an 04 Overland 4.7 HO with a Flowmaster and chip and while they make a difference, I only shaved about .3 seconds off my 0-60, 7.02 without parts to 6.73 with parts. You got a really nice Jeep there, and they last forever

My first Jeep Grand Cherokee drive at night involved mountain roads, snow, ice, and a 45mph suicide deer that would've killed me if it hadn't made an instant U-turn at the last split second. I have a few relatives who would've been proud to shoot that deer with a shotgun. So, my point is: Check for deer first, or do it in the day! LOL.

For the weight of the GC the 3.7L is good everyday, economical engine. 60mph in a touch over 8sec isn't bad with the V6!
