A sheriff's deputy in Florida who was videotaped dumping a paralyzed man from a wheelchair onto a jailhouse floor is facing a charge of abuse of a disabled person. (Feb. 16)

Wow, patti2822. I'm as shocked by your statement as I was by this clip. You don't throw a paralyzed person out of a wheelchair! His neck had been broken once already. She could have killed him. What would it matter had he been drinking or whatever. Wow, what a heartless nazi witch kinda thing to say. This guy is milking the system. You dont hear what they are saying. It becomes a safety issue if she doesnt check that chair and well as his person. He is just looking for the almighty dollar. The police beat a woman at Reagan National Airport and gave her a brain injury.
