  • Its Matt Damon!!!!!!!!

  • You shoudn't blame you own failure on the Victory Gas dude although I agree he is a dick head.

  • @Kanoee64 I never blamed my failure on the Victory Gas douche. This project failed because I didn't educate myself enough about the design, and used parts that would never end up working. The victory gasworks guy is a dusche because he banned me from his forums because I said GEK was better and they are his competitor (a real class move.)

  • @benknefelkamp Not a class move to insult a guy in his own website while you are getting free information.

  • @yeshuason A. Never said I was classy. B. I merely mentioned the name of his competitor, and he banned me. I was about to meet up with some locals to discuss building a rendition of his concepts in a group that I made when he booted me. HE sure made the 'class move' there, huh.

  • WOO the Burn is not from the Gassifyer all you have there is a Rocket stove

    Heat Destruction without Air.

so all your Joints have to be air Tight.

  • welding easy unless ur an idiot

  • google gek-gasifier and you find a test bed for those who want to experiment. a simple down draft unit like you have will work. feed end needs to be sealed. the blower is way-way over sized. either put in a smaller motor or just use much-much smaller PVC. you could either buy or make a damper, but you need to drastically cut down the diameter.

it is a shame you got so close, knew you had flaws, then went with a different system.

  • your tubing and reduction chamber too large fresh air leaks. as for the previous suggestion poor mans welder, I've used flux+ coat hangers replacing weld rods.

  • The poor mans weld- if you get 3 deep cycle batteries, a pair of jumper cables, a pair of vice grips, and some arc welding(Stick welding) sticks(type 60/13 1/8" rods). hook the batts up in a series. clamp the jumper cables on the batts. positive clamps your metal and negative holds the vice grips which holds your sticks. Happy welding.

  • wow.....what a waste of time...

  • check out the discovery channels "the colony" they made a gassifier

  • thank you

  • Town Council !! How about the Sanitation Dept. If that Schmuck was to leave that Thing near the sidewalk, as a neighbor I'd call Special Pick Up!! ASAP!!
