You know, Jay, bullies are usually more frightened of us than we are of them. Like bats and raccoons. And if you heed these simple nuggets of wisdom, they can be properly de-fanged.

First off, identify the type of office bully you're dealing with. Different types require different strategy.

KENNY MAYNE

BOSS

JASON
