I saw it on the big screen at the film festival just this afternoon.
I had heard the audio before in its full it is a great piece of audio and a beautiful piece of animation although i disagree with the way they say Canada is "nothing" other than that it was great =]
can see why John was Assassinated shortly after it was made.
i think you may be right francisthelaw he did say and i quote "38 years later i stole the recording from him and made a film about it"

No he didn't steal it, the man who recorded it contacted him and asked him to do the short with the audio.
