  • Didn't tell me anything. You just can't go and lie a club down when you are playing on the course.

  • @georgeeastham Try practicing alignment while on the driving rage. Build your muscle memory and then take it to the course. That is what the professionals do.

  • great video, i go to the driving range all the time and just whack it but i have always had terrible alignment so using and alignment stick should definitely help

  • @georgeeastham I beg to differ. Read the USGA excerpt: Q. A player places a club on the ground parallel to the line of play to assist him in aligning his feet properly. Is this permissible?

    A. Yes, provided the player removes the club before playing his stroke. Otherwise, a breach of Rule 8-2a would occur. Basically you can use the club to align. Then you can take it out, before your stroke.
