@CyraEm I wouldn't say that religion started most violent conflicts, but religion is just another reason for it and by no means does it help society. how can you claim it to be so? How is it beneficial to repress scientific information like the theory of evolution from children, or tell them lies about hell that haunts them for the rest of their life, or prevent stem cell research? look at the Middle East, it's a complete shithole because of Islam. Name one way society benefits form religion
