Lil Wayne fans

So i am driving to Alexandra through Fairlands and i see these three girls in the dark. I kindly ask them if they are okay given the time of the night and their location and they said they were fine.
Next thing they asked me to increase my volume and keep them company while they were waiting for one of them's boyfriends.
Next thing they are dancing on the street and Lil Wayne could not help but make the mood a party like scene.
I didn't know this guy had some an impact....
