it may be true that many people dont know how to think for themselves, but anyone in their right minds who reviewed the facts of this story would obviously deduce that this was wrong. no "hypnotizing" needed.

if this exact same story said "Mother a hero! Mother catches men who cause harm to children!" as you put it, then nobody would look at it, because that doesn't even make any sense. That's not even what happened.

First, it's not just Americans. Americans aren't the only human species.
And second, this was done out of revenge. How would a mother catch a pedophile by telling them "This is her mother"? You know they are going to hang up.
And if she was actually doing that but the media was portraying it to look bad, most will still think good.
So before you start criticizing Americans, pay attention first.. You can't judge millions of people by an assumption.

I AM a free thinker. I always ask myself why to everything. Stealing is bad because it hurts people financially and takes away other peoples hard earned money. Rape is bad because it takes away people's free will. A person who is 18 going out with a 17 year old? Only thing u think it's bad is cuz "it's the law."

And YES a law can be wrong. Back in 1890, it was illegal for a black woman to marry a white man. There was no reason. Now it is legal for a black woman to marry a white man.
