hey, i have this pedal, and i also got a ts 808, you said you use this with a bad monkey which is basicly a tube screamer clone, i never tried that combo. i def will ,but already i am worried about the noise floor issues, no hum or white noise with those 2 pedals at the same time, what are your bm settings, must have low drive but high level yes?

Hello , yes.. thats correct , few drive and lots of level...but for these type of sounds use a NS..or a gate...i use to work with the one from BOSS gt6! GREAT. But , in fact i did not use so much gain on the Blackstar you know..I based my sound in Paul Gilberts sound ( but with more sustain and mids) and the heavy bottom sound its made by the tunning! drop C - its that simply.

Thanks to all for the comments :) . I use the Ht and Bad Monkey together , and the gt-6 is only for effects..like delay , chorus and wah wah...no eq or anything else coming from gt6. Just Eq from the pedals and the amp , and almost flat on it.

THe pedal by itself sucks. IF you need a digitech bad monkey to make it sound like that, then it should tell you that the pedal is shit. I had and it lacks balls. Its just dull stuffy distortion when setting the ISP dial more up
