@dunrudin (continued) i do think this band is very good and amazing, with straight lines, and outstanding visual effects, however you should know that with a comment such as what you posted could be offending someone like me who has put so much effort with her band friends to become one of the top bands in her state.

@dunrudin i don't mean this rudely at all, i agree their band is great, however America has some pretty great bands as well. Texas is well known for having amazing marching bands directors and instructors looking for jobs flock to, and DCI (drum corps internationals) if you don't know is a group made of some of the best marchers in the USA that people regardless of where they live try out for a position in. Have you ever heard of the Blue Devils, Phantom Regiment, or the Cavaliers?

Agreed. I was referring to regional and national winners in Elementary and High School ensembles. Check out Nagakurose and Mama Elementaries.

You're assuming all Japanese bands outperform American bands. Although I'm sure a lot do, a simple search will turn up a number of American bands that at least outperform the band in this video, which is what I stated in my original comment.

Having done a lot of homework here, I can assure you that Japanese school bands way outperform American bands, and the Koreans are not far behind them. (Some of my best friends are American by the way. I'm not Yank bashing).

Why are they marching French Horns?!?!?! What happened to Mellophones?! THIS IS BLASPHEMY!!!!!! But the music is good, haha
