  • HIS FACE IS INAPPROPRIATE.

  • Some people choose to be victims other people choose to carry a gun. but you victims make it so easy for criminals that prey on you it makes it hard on the rest of us to protect ourselves and our families. The people that legally open carry a firearm might have saved your dumb ass but you will never know. This country was founded on god and guns and we all should be respectfull of both!

  • One of the ass holes on the council said they have no power over the cops. Well he is imbecile. The council should set sop, code of conduct the cops work under.

  • The council can put a CRB in place. the people should have citizen review board of the cops. They CRB should take and hear the complains and investigated along with IA. CRB should only deal with civil part of complaint, code of conduct and sop, the employment of the cop. Punishment as time off with out pay up to firing the cop. IA should only investigate complaints for prosecution of crimes the cop committed.

  • enough. i;m not going to change anyone;s minds any yall anit changing mine. the end.

  • @ggcpres oddly enough, if they dont know you have a gun (which they usually dont) the holstered one does. They feel they are in complete control. They arent here to murder, but rob. It takes a mental gear shift. The carrier is already in live or die mode and the gunman isnt.

  • @ggcpres Yes, I do realize how off-putting carrying a firearm is to the general public. That is because the practice of carrying a firearm is not a common act anymore. It used to be, and everyone was fine with it then. Those who carry legally now are very safe.

Besides, if I am acting within the law, it doesn't matter what the general public thinks. I am not violating the rights of anyone by carrying unless I threaten them. You don't have the right to not be offended.

  • @ggcpres first off, how do I know you aren't a criminal hiding a gun? Second, I am not obligated to defend you. I would imagine you are not wanting to defend yourself if you have decided to leave yourself undefended or less defended than one who chooses to carry a firearm. Third, if a criminal pulls a gun on me, the other people lawfully carrying a firearm that he has paid no mind too more than likely will have the upper hand on him if they choose.

  • @Stink808 and how do i know you are not the criminals.

why should i trust you with a gun? what possible reason would a strangers have to think you would think defend me when you don't know me?

and on top of that: if a criminal pulls a gun on you, ready to fire, and your gun is in your holder, who has the upper-hand?

  • he thinks a law will stop someone whose bent on murdering another? If anything, allowing armed people into the meeting is more likely to reduce or eliminate the deadly damage some rogue nutcase could inflict upon those sitting ducks. Murderers don't say "gee, I would go in there and kill those people but I'd hate to break a weapon's law while committing capital murder".
