Simply put, the main reasons Nas turned down that battle was because 1. He was trying to move on(he had nothing else to prove)he scorthed Jay in 3 tracks. Also if he would have battled Jay face to face we would have certainly lost because of his weakness(nas can't freestyle and admitted it). Nas is not a freestyler even in the slightest bit. No shame in it, Pun nor Busta could freestyle either. So Nas just stuck to the pen in pad diss tracks(which was smart).

no is true wat jae millz said...nas wrecked the shit out the diss tracks but simply the fact that he turned down the battle is like he quit like he let jayz win...i mean bein on paper view is alot more exposure for him so why not battle...so in my honest opinion i think jayz got the best of him...and i dont jamm jayz none of his shit...i jamm nas he wrecks but he shouldnt of turned down the battle...
