  • Hi Jarrett - it was part of a large rodent study in the Mohave Desert - we were inventoring rodent species - all were released unharmed, as you can tell! The trap is a 'live' trap - meaning it doesn't harm the animal. We use 4-way horse feed as bait - rodents love the stuff! And it's good for them while in the trap! They don't stay long in the trap - we check traps every few hours to make sure no one gets hurt.
