you may a oil restrictor, your turbo needs to drain oil faster than it fills, the oil seeps past the shaft and in to your exhaust and in to your compressor housing, at the same time the oil is being burned on the shaft causing premature wear which throws your bearings off.

I'de run it man, the fine aluminum shavings will fill and seal any scratches in the cylinder walls and also fill pits in the valve seats.

if the fins are rubbing ur putting metal fragments into your cylinder head.. DONT RUN IT!! break it down and fix it before you f.. .ur motor up

I wonder what a metal wheel inside a metal housing making a scratching noise could mean... Fuck think about what happens to most turbos.

that's the bearings saying " I GIVE UP"
as for the blue smoke = oil burning in exhaust, so seals.
as for oil in intercooler pipes = seals again.
you need a new turbo.
