@2apfelstrudel Start relaxing your neck and shoulders, then use rhythmical patterns to diversify your practise (i.e. dotted quaver + 5 semiquavers, then the reverse).
Basically you need to build up muscle and tendon stamina alongside speed, and to do that you need to practise many hours every day, making sure you don't get too stiff and you control the other tensions of your body. (Do some Alexander technique too!)
@2apfelstrudel Well in super fast pieces you can't really put a weight on every note so you have to achieve the sound with other way. That means you have to learn how to use your fingers. Actually you can see a good example of good finger using in this video. It's basically that at first you stop at every note and feel that you are not using any other muscle that the ones that are keeping the note down. The more aware you are of every finger and every body parts in you the easier it gets.
