  • This is an excellent video and I love the way you are breaking it down and really explaining the root of the problem. I really want to do this diet however I'm a thin pcos and when I say thin I mean extremely thin. I absolutely know that nutrition is the key because when I tried south beach diet for two weeks I felt soooo good extremely energetic and felt as if my cysts dissolved however I lost a lot of weight and I was already extremely skinny so I stopped. I was 107 and I went down to a wooin

  • @canadianhaitian i would contact doug graham from the 80-10-10 diet. he can help you add weight with healthy carbs like fruit, etc. some

  • How can I maturity cure facial hair/ hirsutism ? Wondering if you can make a video.

  • @melly90xx the answers are all in this video. hirsutism in women is most often a hormonal issue due to unbalanced blood sugars. Drop the fat in the diet, increase the fruit and veggies, and the blood can start burning the sugar. insulin resistance leads to these hormonal situations. eat fresh ripe organic fruits and veggies, workout, be happy, de-stress, and you will see some reduction in symptoms, and maybe even complete reversal. not a doctor. cant give advice. just get healthy!

  • awesome vid, wished I had stumbled upon this before now! PCOS needs to be re-named, it is not an ovary syndrome, its and endochrine disease and the major symptoms present in our reproductive systems. I was diagnosed in 2004 with PCOS at 32 When I was 37 I was diagnosed with uteran cancer, I believe my PCOS was one of the causes. Had a TAH. But still have PCOS even with no ovaries after my total ab hysto. I am just starting the raw food lifestyle and can't wait to see the future me :)

  • @LiveFromTheFridge yes, this is much more to do with blood sugars that end up effecting the glands rather than an ovary issue. good luck with the raw food and attaining divine health! :-)

  • best video

  • @luckymirixox i am not really a doctor, so i can't comment so much. but if your blood sugars are out of balance, your hormones are out of balance, etc.. it may be PCOS. but like i say in the video... balance your system out with fresh, ripe fruits and veggies :-)
