an in-depth look at the birthday party of the year!
Katy asked all guests to wear white to the party and to then decorate their attire with finger paints at the party, People.com reports. famous guests included her boyfriend russell brand, taylor swift, julianne hough, matt dallas, jojo, and of course some oompa loompas. her parents and sister were also there.
i bet you wish you got a golden ticket to this party!

A.J. Cook, a 20-yr old model says the swastika started out as an "X," but then got "perverted" during the course of the party. He says he's not a Nazi or anything.
