There are senators who have done worse things, take Ted Kennedy for example. He killed someone in a drunkdriving accident and then dumped the body in a river

if u have ever gone shotgun shooting, there is something called "line of fire" and his buddy happened to be in the way. but i certainly can't understand how cheney couldn't see his friend in the way

there is only thing ur right about in ur statement, the kennedys have had very tragic lives. however, you can blame ted for not going to rehab before any of this stuff happened

That's not what happened at all. If you're talking about Chappaquiddick, he was in a car accident, he drove off a guardrail on a bridge into the water and tried to escape the car and save the passenger but she died. Even if he was drunk I wouldn''t blame the Kennedys for their alcohol problems, I think its sad, they've had the most tragic lives of any American political family. What Ted did was no worse than Dick Cheney shooting his friend in the face and that didn't end Cheney's career!

Lieberman also voted for the "Bridge to Nowhere" in Alaska. $229 million.
He also supported $500,000. for a teapot museum in N.C.

things like a teapot museum are usually attached to important bills in the senate.
