Fitness and Glamour model, Mindi Smith, has always been very active, first starting in ballet, jazz, tap, and gymnastic classes along with running cross country, track & field, basketball, and volleyball before getting a personal trainer and learning more about health and fitness.
Once turning 20, Mindi decided she needed a change and packed up her things and headed south to Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she applied for her real estate license and began a career working for developers in high-rise residential condominiums throughout the state of Florida. While selling real estate, she also modelled part time and continued building her career in the fitness world. In 2008, she decided to make another big move and packed up yet again and drove across country to Orange County, CA, where she soon became a certified personal trainer, taking part in all the big fitness expos throughout the country, and is now considering competing in the Pro Bikini division within the WBFF World Finals later this year in September. Mindi's hard work has paid off, and she has landed some great opportunities with features and pictorials in numerous major fitness magazines and websites which have all helped towards establishing her as a premiere glamour and fitness model.

In this first part of the Mindi Smith Exclusive, LA Muscle's Hollywood Extra catches up with her in the gym working out and giving you some invaluable training tips. You then see her out and about at the famous Venice Beach. This is one of Hollywood Extra's best shows, so don't miss it!
