He was, and always be the King. Absolutely insane that VH1, in their very silly 100 Greatest Artist listed him at number 8. Absurd. He is so far beyond the Beatles, Michael Jackson, Dylan or anyone. Thank you so much for posting this, even at the end he was a towering, monumental figure beyond anyone.

@GlenQuagmireful As you see I am an avid fan of many years standing but I don't have a problem if the Beates are 1 or 2 but Elvis should be in the first 3. However after 33 years since passing this is still good, as people have short memories and live for now only. They have also forgotten the huge influences and achievements of Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra for starters.

holy shit!!!! and i thought he belted it in the june 1977 concert,but this was just beyond great,so emotional,in my oppinion,it doesnt matter who does what in music,how many records they sell or how big they get,no one will ever top this mans beautiful voice..thanks for the upload,great job

@gzbm Thank you for your many comments. I like these films even if they are not great quality as Elvis rarely appeared on television in his lifetime ( 3 times between 1957 and 1977) and was for an artist of his stature rarely filmed professionally in concert , and apparently not at all from Aloha January 1973 until CBS concert June 1977.

Yes Elvis did know that about impersonators in the 70's. in fact there was a guy playing in Memphis at the time by the name of Bill Haney and another Elvis impersonator whom Elvis buddy George Klein called the best, by the name of "Double EL" (Larry Blong). GK told Larry "Elvis wouldn't want to see you perform, it would be too scary!"
