As nice as Sarah sings this song, Craig Armstrong's version of This Love on the Cruel Intentions soundtrack is better. I love the video though. The song fits perfectly!

cont'd PaisleyPlace: I don't just have the retinal disease; about 10yrs or so ago I was diagnosed w/Lupus (SLE) & Sjogren's & they're damaging everything incl my eyes. The Sjogren's is responsible for the inflammation in my eyes but it all sort of blends together b/c RP damages retinas along w/the autoimmunes so no matter what u do, sight won't be an issue b/c it will be gone at some point tho docs can't speculate as to when but they agree it's coming: total blindness (even w/o Lupus/Sjogren)

I love Sarah Brightman too; Blood Ties was gr8 & 4 me, it hit close 2 home b/c I have same retinal disease as Vicki only mine's MUCH MORE advanced. My central vision is mostly gone. Recently, had to start using optic drops b/c of inflamed corneas that can cause abrasions, which won't cost more vision but will be painful & can scar my eyes. I hate this was canceled. I related to the "well-meaning" friends.family you just wanted to slap when they treat u like glass & tell u what u can/can't do.
