  • Your feeling of strain comes. There is the purpose that I have powdered green tea on to a delicious Japanese sweet. What kind of Japanese sweet did you have on this day?

  • I can't remember what it was called, but it was like a sweet bread.

  • the instruction by the demonstrator is wrong.

you rotate clockwise 90-degrees (from face or shomen) and drink from a position from roughly 3 oclock after rotating from 6 oclock. then rotate counter clockwise back to the shomen (face facing you).

there are 1200 or so views , thought i might want to add an addendum

  • Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the world earth revolves - slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future. ~Thich Nat Hahn

  • It was good that you experienced tea ceremony with a cake. The powdered green tea I have a sweet Japanese sweet, and to drink is the best!
