even though your videos are usually quite long, your energetic speaking keeps me focused all the time, which doesn't happen while watching videos of other astrologers on youtube. thanks for all in-depth forecasts this year and happy holidays!

All I need is your date, time and place of birth. We can do the reading by telephone (you call me in NZ) or by Skype.
The cost is USD$85.00 for the hour and this includes a recording of the consultation.
You can pay via Paypal on my website or by credit card at the beginning of the reading.
It lasts for one hour.
Hope this helps :)

Should one listen to the forecast for the rising or the sun sign? You talk about Sagittarius sun now. I listened to my rising sign forecast as well. Are both forecasts going to be fulfilled simultaneously?

It's good to listen to both forecasts. The only way to get a really accurate reading is to have a personal chart drawn up. These videos give you an overview and some pointers for the future. Hope this helps!

It depends on so many factors: where you are investing, how much debt you need to take out if any, what the rental market is like where you are looking to buy...so I cannot give you a categoric yes or no...and it depends on your personal chart as well! But in general, I would suggest waiting until the property market becomes a bit more stable in your area and then invest. Good luck!
