My second annual birthday 24 hour session. Once again on the pit at Whitesprings in Pontardulais in Swansea.
A beautiful sunny evening which turned into a horrible wet night. Unlike last year there was a lot more fish on the bank but nowhere near the same caliber as last year with only one fish over double figures.
I have to admit that I still had a great time with hardly any sleep but when you pay to fish for bigger Carp you don't expect to be kept up all night bringing in 2 pounders.

@collosus2K9 Didn't really have any tactics just getting the baits as close to the island as possible or just dropping them in the margins. I was using pellets and corn nothing complicated. Hope you get a few out.

Good stuff, least the fish stayed through the weather..nothing like being wet and having no fish to show for it eh?

Cheers Mitch, I finally got to sleep at 8 in the morning, a few bigger ones and a little less rain and would have been outstanding.
