They couldn't become states (I say we make them five states) until 70 to 90% speak english, and we just make it uneathical for them to continue to speak spanish, it's that simple.

Oh, they are watching them, certainly on this side of the pond - trouble is, there are that many 'cells' they are watching, MI5 and the other agencies over here are overwhelmed with the workload...and the COST!
