No it's not. It's a female Lutino cockatiel. Lutino cockatiels have a mutation where they cannot be distinguished visually. Not to mention the owner mentioned that the bird laid eggs.

Mine won't take a bath like this. I have to spray him with mist...or bring him in the shower with me...which is hilarious.

Adorable, little girl! I wish my parrots were like that. Now they get all "OH MY GOD I'M DROWNING" if they see water. Duh, only one of my budgies likes taking baths.
