So happy for your weight loss. I know the 100#'s sounds like a lot, but if you kick butt with the exercise you can do it. It can be hard ( believe me I know), but you if you haven't seen it, I suggest you watch the latest video BandedWendy did for the vlogger Rose555. She gave a lot of tips that WLS people forget after time has passed. I know I'm going to watch that video whenever I hit a wall. Will be following you on your journey. I'm just starting mine. @newtoy4kt Hi Katie, thank you so much for all of your support. I am sorry about your last couple of weeks. It will get better and good job staying focused. I can't believe I am down 70 pounds!! can you believe it? And look at you 75 pounds down you look amazing, your before and afters are great. I can't wait to see where you and I both end up!!
