I think, and it might just be me that the point of this song is that you can be proud of your country/city/town/village but you aren't blind to all that's shite about it too. It's also something that I myself am very guilty of... Is the slaggin' of Scotland/Paisley/Dublin but when others who are not from these places start to join in I tend to get very defensive. It's awrite to slag your home because it's yours, but I'll defend them to the hilt.
