Frankly I'm big fan of the Switch-axe and Long Swords, frankly my preferred weapon is the long sword because IMO it give me a nice combination of damage and speed (that plus easy to combo into backhop helps a lot). But I must say without a doubt that this guy is the worst enemy I have met so far in MH3 just because the Longsword I have ATM is almost useless (I think it's the first Lagiacrus sword haven't played in a while).

Just broke this things jaw with the assault axe+, took a while, but it came off.

would full rathalos help with this fight with it being gemmed up to attack up M and heat cancle HI?
-
@MrJeppo96 it is the wyvern blade fire, but, contrary to the other response, I think you should get it fast. It's very good and pretty early. It helped me grinding lagiacrus, barioth and farming with royal ludroth capquest. Agna LS is better, but harder to get.

In that case am i a fraidy cat or a pussy? X3

@MrJeppo96 Wyvern Blade "Fire" I believe. It comes from Rathian and Rathalos parts. Unless you're determined to get raw damage or every long sword as soon as you can, I'd just stick around until you can get Dancing Flames/Hellfire from Agnaktor.

what weapon is that? how is it called?
pls answer
thx
Uragaan will never be a Barioth. Barioth, even if he'd be just as big as a french poodle, he'd give me a trauma as strong as the one you have with the Great Baggi...
As an aspiring Longsword-Trainee, what's the secret between each colour of the spirit gauge? Why did you prefer yellow to red? How strong is the significance of the damage output while the weapon has a certain color?
Sincerely,
The Merciless Janitor

@MercilessJanitor For every color upgrade in the spirit gauge you get a damage boost. White and yellow are actually fairly minor boosts, but they don't go away. Once you've gone up to red sharpness you only have it for about 3 minutes before it disappears. I prefer to maintain yellow sharpness until I think I'm close enough to killing him before upgrading.

dude exactly what monster give you wyvern stones and how do i get them?

@facuriosan Barioth, Diablos, and Agnaktor drop them the most in high rank.

Wait...so explain to me why u used the fire longsword?
skyhawk225 1 year ago
@skyhawk225 The raw damage is the highest out of the longswords available, and it has a very large amount of green sharpness.
