Prime Minister Raila Odinga, who was at the time holed in a meeting with Chief Justice Dr. Willy Mutunga at the premises was quickly evacuated as regular police, alongside bomb experts cordoned off the building and conducted security sweeps for hours. Police are conducting investigations to establish how the device found its way into the building. Sheila Sendeyo with that report.
