One lap in the S3 as I chase down Peter Krause in an Audi RS4. This was during my third ever session at VIR so I was being very cautious especially by braking very early, but still going plenty quick ;-). Stay tuned for my next video "How many Audi's can I pass in day" and some other highlights like 100mph drifting in the uphill esses!
Nice, you sure did get us! Check out my video from our perspective! I tried to create a vid response didn't know where it went.
My 3,900 lb car was no match to your 2,100!

@mchamp3802 Obviously it was a bit lopsided, but the S3 is heavier than you think! Our last weigh in was about 2830lbs. Nonetheless we still had 1,000lbs advantage, plus race suspension and nice sticky tires. Rematch next year with some slicks?? Better yet come to our FallOut track day in November at CMP!

@5000TQ My tires were so worn down that they were slicks haha, but yea absolutely I'll get some slicks for next yrs race at VIR and hopefully get a better suspension like the other RS4 and Peter in the driving seat of course ;) Also it was awesome seeing how fast you were going through those turns!
Btw what was your fastest lap there that day? Mine was 2:28 so I need to gauge how much extra time must be made up haha

@mchamp3802 My fastet actual lap was 2:20.04, but I had a ton of traffic to deal with that slowed me in the corners a lot. My theoretical best lap, made by the datalogger by putting my best 'sector' times together which essentially is compiling the times in corners when not behind somebody, was 2:17.001. Hate to say it, but I was babying the car a good bit too, short shifting, breaking way early, and turned down the high-rpm boost by a few psi. At full "race pace" it should do better than 2:10.

@mchamp3802 I'll re-do this video with telemetry display (speed etc) in the next day or so too.
