How to OPEN your NAT Type on your Playstation 3 Tutorial (Lynksys Router)

READ DESCRIPTION!!!!

In this video i will be showing you how to open your nat type on your ps3 using a lynksys router. This will allow you to connect better online such as connecting to games better, connecting to your friends and overall having a better online experience. Steps:
1. Go to settings, network settings, status list, and go find your ps3's ip address.
2. remember the last 3 numbers of the address and go to your computer.
3. on the browser type in 192.168.1.1
4. on the sign in page put this
Login- admin Password- admin
5. go to applications and gaming
6. make a new host name and put it as PS3 put everything that i show you in the video and make sure the the check mark is checked.
7. go to DMZ and check allow ip address and put in the last numbers of the ps3 ip address.
8. Reboot Ps3 and Enjoy!

@Suncin11 I have a linksys router and my nat type was always on strict, So i checked out afew different videos on how to change my nat type to open,i watched about 15 different vids on how to change nat type and i tried everything in all those vids two days ago, And today i tried to log into psn and i cant, This error message keeps popping up, Idk what i did wrong. Im 100% sure i did something in other vid thats problem cause i never had problems like this before. Can you plz plz help me, Thanks

Ikr, Thats the thing i cant remember what i did wrong, For past 2 years ive been playing psn happily and nothing has gone wrong, but now after i did Nat Type thing, i havnt been able sign in last 5 days, Im dying here lol. What could i have done wrong? I did internet connection test on my ps3 and it said IP ADDRESS: SUCEEDED then INTERNET CONNECTION: SUCEEDED, then PLAY STATION NETWORK: FAILED. Ive tried about 20 times aday but same thing happens. Can you help me, btw thanks so much for replying
