  • I can't belive the difference of the Kevin I know and this one..

  • What happend to 100 pound dumbbells curls in your face Kevin?

  • 1:39 smaller left arm due to injury?

  • None of these are compound movements.

  • he looks like he weighs 175 lbs

  • 0:52 I think he means supinated...

  • Good video as always, nice common basic exercises, and well a bodybuilding legend demonstrating. However, curling is not a compound movement. the movement is only going across one joint. If you are doing biceps and you are doing a compound movement, you'd be doing something like a barbell row, and then the biceps is not the primary target muscle, but secondary.

  • Few things here to discuss... why do I not demonstrate? Well #1 because I'm instructing. #2 because I'm recovering from a stupid injury and #3 is because I have the voice for it... now.. you know I'm just kidding with all that, except the injury part... mo 'bout that later. Thanks for the kind words and let me know what you want next!!!

  • thumbs up if you after this clip searched for kevin levrone curling 100 pound dumbells

  • Hey kev do you still deadlift or barbell squat at all?
