  • @gigglinmarley, They still make you?

  • He treats her like she's 5 years old...:/ betty is still adorable tho :)

  • For what it's worth...if you watch how she handles the timing, her lines, her reactions, eye contact and movements equated to her temper...she is way ahead of her time! She has been called the queen of television...and this is proof! She doesn't fit the part perfectly...she becomes the part/role without flaw!

  • hahah "Nein" "I only want one!" That is great ive got to use that one day lol :)

  • Ohhhh wow the only reason i can stand to watch this is that Betty is adorable. But seriously? "Lets not get any stupid feminine ideas?"

  • so...50's. Betty helps sexism.

  • Love Betty... but this show gives me diabetes...

  • Those dimples are still prominent today! I love Betty!

  • this is charming, but still a curio. why is it that lucy seems completely now...timeless, i guess, and this (and so many other shows of the era) seem so dated?

still, i've loved betty as game show contestant, sue ann nivens, ellen (eunice's sister) and, of course, st. olaf's pride, rose nylund.

  • Betty White has always been so beautiful and charming!

Its quite an interesting show though, the way her husband treats her really is something else. Like when he says "lets not get any silly feminine ideas" or "only a woman would say something like that", it really makes you thankful that women's rights have come as far as they have. I'm no feminist, but even I appreciate some things that have come out of the womens movement. But only some ;)
