I do not know how to calculate miles but say in minutes ,how many minutes a day do you ride your bike and days???? I also need to loose weight ,most definite im buying a trek...., how long did it take you to lose weight, sorry if it was kinda personal question?/???

I like the seat.
I sat on a bike with a seat like that and I think it feels good for a man too.Because they put the hole in a good spot for men too.
I give you 5 stars.

I just bought the 1.2 You are going to love it. I did replace the saddle for a softer one. Also, a good pair of riding shorts with pads can be the difference in misery and pure luxery. Good luck and enjoy

this is a road bike...so yes its used for roads but you can buy a specialized cross road (something like that name) and it is very nice for roads, but it also has that advantage of being able to go on dirt or any off road terain...its a great type of bike
