her old routine was just so awesome. as far kristy goes. supposedly a judge told her that she was fat at an international competition. im not sure if i believe it tho. having dealt with girls with eating disorders, they tend to make stories up to shed light on how they got so sick and even blame others. but its not really my say. i kno fong is tought. but i really respect his coaching because really all of his girls have such a distinct look. they are beautiful gymnasts

Also now they'll have better training and nicer coaches! Plus look how much better Ivana got since she left, she got alot better! They both made good choices leaving! Sorry for such a long comment btw :D

Your right about them being technically perfect, I agree that they are but it's not just about that! Al Fong has a bad rep. For being mean, calling names, etc 2 of his past elite gymnasts died, one from an eating disorder (Al Fong called her a pilsberry dough boy) he told Ivana she wasn't injured when she was and called her a wimp, also encouraging her teamates to tell her she sucks! Ivana left and about a month later so did Katelyn. I think they both made a good move!

a lot of girls cant handle Fong's coaching. but tbh... he and his wife do an amazing job teaching technique/flex, etc. they always have the most techincally perfect girls

I'm glad she went to WOGA, i think she's better off there. Ivana left b/c of problems w/ her coach Al Fong, so if he did stuff to her than i dont doubt he dosnt it to the other girls too. WOGA is a good move for any gymnast really.....

Flexed feet on the flight skill, a few missed handstands, and poor transitions from low bar to high resulting in significant dead hang.
