well kept soil,dig a hill and a trench around it,plant seed 5 or ten,water,then watch em grow!!!good soils the key and then pray to the pumpkin gods!!! ;)

this dick heads that won't tell you shit i'll tell you how to grow the big one's 1. good rich soil that has peat moss in it compost and cowdung i also toss some sand in there 2. one pumpkin pre plant. 3. plant on a mound. 4. lots of water. and 5. feed it from time to time with some plant food.
